This
little house is in a tucked away position in a pretty
hamlet which enjoys stunning views of the
Sibillini
Mountains
.
The house, originally constructed of attractive local stone
and brick, has already been restored externally. Internally,
some of the walls need complete restoration and fixtures and
fittings need to be installed. The windows and shutters have
not been installed but are ready to be fitted.
The entrance door leads directly into a large room which has
had plumbing fitted with a view to it being the kitchen.
This room has an attractive new wood ceiling but the
cross-beams would need restoring. The second ground-floor
room could be the living room and has a flue installed for a
wood burning stove or fire place. A small room leading off
from this could be made into a downstairs bathroom or
walk-in pantry / storage cupboard.
There is also a balcony overlooking the front of the
property. The spacious double bedroom has two large windows
with a pleasant view down a grassy track.
There is access through the village via a small asphalt road
and there is also a track leading from the house down to the
main road outside the village.
