Stone houses in a
tucked-away position in the gentle hills above the Tenna
Valley, close to the picturesque lake of San Ruffino. They
nestle in woodland at the end of a little gravel track,
giving the location a very private and secluded feel,
without being remote. An attractive historic market town,
which has good local facilities, is a 10 minute drive away.
These two newly constructed villas, each on two floors, have
been built in the traditional style with local stone, brick,
wood and terracotta. Each covers an area of around 150m2.
Finishing work needs to be carried out before they would be
habitable. This includes installing doors and windows and
connection to services. The 4000m2 of open
terrain around the houses has great potential for making
beautiful gardens, installing a swimming pool or adding
garages. Access via the gravel track would need to be
improved. |
