Casa Dora is located in the country of a quiet small town in the district of Ascoli Piceno.  The town  is itself roughly halfway between ascoli Piceno and Macerata. The town has bars,  restaurants, post office, chemist, hospital, grocers and weekly market. The potential of this property is enhanced by its being perfectly inserted in Marche region, where the  hills and the fields have been the natural context of traditional buildings like this for ages.
It has already  been restored but needs some final touches. The road is asphalted with a low traffic and the property, although in the countryside, is not isolated.
The nearest village is about 10 minutes driving. The house comes with about 1500 sq.m. of land but it is not difficult to find some land  suitable for horses nearby. In the neighbourhood there is a horse-riding centre where you can take unforgettables excursions to the lake or in the countryside.
